ORDER PROCESSING & CHANGES
Orders are submitted for processing within 24 hours after payment has been successfully received.
Once an order has entered processing, modifications, cancellations, or changes may not be permitted. If a cancellation request is approved before fulfillment begins, a 10% processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers are responsible for verifying all order information before checkout, including:
• Product selection
• Length
• Texture
• Density
• Lace size
• Shipping address
• Contact information
STYLDBYJB LLC is not responsible for errors made during checkout.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to all policies and product details before completing your purchase.
PROCESSING TIMES
Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Processing begins on the next business day after payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary during sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available for customers located in South Florida.
• Orders must complete the full processing timeframe before pickup.
• Customers will receive pickup instructions once their order is ready.
• A valid photo ID may be required at pickup.
• Orders cannot be released before confirmation has been sent.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
After processing is completed, orders are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
Standard shipping generally arrives within 2–5 business days after shipment.
Shipping carriers may include:
• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx
A tracking number will be emailed once your package has been shipped.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Rush shipping may be available on select products.
Customers must contact STYLDBYJB LLC before placing an order to confirm rush-order eligibility.
Approval is based on product availability and fulfillment capacity.
Rush shipping fees apply in addition to product costs.
PACKAGING
All orders are packaged securely to protect product quality during transit.
Branded packaging may vary based on inventory availability and order type. Product quality and protection remain our priority regardless of packaging variations.
SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY
Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided, STYLDBYJB LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees required to reship the order.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, STYLDBYJB LLC is not responsible for carrier-related delays, lost packages, stolen packages, weather disruptions, or delivery issues.
Customers must contact the carrier directly regarding delivery concerns.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
Certain orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of hair extensions, wigs, closures, and frontals, all sales are final.
For sanitary and quality-control reasons, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted on hair products that have been opened, worn, altered, installed, colored, brushed, or removed from original packaging.
CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
By purchasing from STYLDBYJB LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Processing times and shipping times are separate.
• All processing estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.
• Shipping carrier transit times are beyond our control.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before checkout.
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
